1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Serene Serenity ("we," "us," or "our"), a therapeutic massage practice in San Marcos, Texas. By using our website or booking any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services

Serene Serenity provides therapeutic massage and related wellness services, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, prenatal massage, couple's massage, and facial skincare. All services are provided by licensed massage therapists. Our services are intended for general wellness and therapeutic purposes only — not as a substitute for professional medical advice. 3. Booking & Appointments

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. You must provide accurate and complete information when booking. Facial skincare requires a minimum of 3 hours advance notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prepaid arrangement has been made. All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change. Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable after purchase and valid for one year from the date of purchase. Extensions of prepaid services may be granted for documented illness only, at our sole discretion.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full cancellation with no charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee will apply.
• No-show (no notice): The full session fee will be charged.

6. Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, or pregnancy status prior to your session. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if it poses a health risk. Serene Serenity is not liable for any adverse effects arising from failure to disclose relevant health information.

7. Client Conduct

The following conduct will result in immediate termination of service and may result in a permanent ban, with the full session fee charged: any form of sexual harassment or solicitation, verbally abusive or threatening behavior, arriving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or violation of health and safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Serene Serenity or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serene Serenity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings brought to our premises.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serene Serenity and its therapists, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to disclose relevant health information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hays County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
